AI Architect Training: design AI that runs the enterprise.
For solution architects, enterprise architects and senior AI engineers who decide how agents, knowledge, tools and people fit together. The AI for Builders pathway takes you from understanding AI agents to architecting agentic AI across the organisation, safely and at scale.

What an AI architect has to get right
Most AI pilots work in a demo. Architecture is what makes them work with real data, real systems and real accountability.
Design the system, not just the prompt
Agent objectives, instructions, context, tools and boundaries; how agents reason, plan and hand work to each other.
Connect AI to the enterprise
Retrieval and enterprise knowledge (RAG), tool calling and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), memory and long context.
Make it safe to run
Human-in-the-loop approval and escalation, agent security, evaluation, monitoring and the governance an enterprise needs.
Decide where it pays off
Which workflows suit agents at all, how to prioritise use cases and how to operate agentic AI at scale.
The AI architect path: four stages
Start where your experience is. Each stage is a full programme with its own curriculum and a certificate of completion.

AI architect training: questions
What does an AI architect do?
An AI architect designs how AI models, agents, data and enterprise systems work together. That includes choosing between approaches such as retrieval (RAG), tool calling and multi-agent orchestration, deciding where people stay in the loop, and setting up the security, evaluation and governance that let an AI system run reliably in a real organisation.
Is this an AI architect certification?
Each programme issues a certificate of completion from Synottic. It is not a vendor certification exam, such as a cloud provider's architect exam. The programmes focus on the design decisions and practical builds an architect makes, and they work alongside any vendor certification you hold or plan to take.
Where should I start?
AI Agents Essentials is the starting point and is written for business and technical professionals alike. Developers usually continue with AI Agent Builder. Experienced AI engineers and architects can go straight to Advanced Agentic AI, and technology and transformation leaders who decide how agentic AI runs across the organisation take Enterprise Agentic AI.
Can we run this for our architecture or engineering team?
Yes. Every programme can be delivered live online, in person or as a customised enterprise cohort built around your platforms, approved tools and use cases, as part of an Enterprise AI Academy.
We need architects to design a solution, not training. Can Synottic help?
Yes. Synottic's Build & Deploy practice designs and delivers agentic AI solutions, starting with a solution workshop that maps your workflow, evaluates platforms and plans the deployment, with architecture, governance, testing and training included.
